Theology is not just for scholars; it's for every Christian who desires to know Christ more deeply. God imparts wisdom through His Word, which shapes our minds, protects our faith, and draws us into deeper worship. Knowing Christ brings life and joy, and a solid understanding of theology anchors us in His truth.
During Thanksgiving, we thank God not only for daily bread but for the Armor of God—His truth, righteousness, peace, faith, salvation, and Word that strengthen and protect us each day. Because Christ has won the victory, we stand not in fear but in faith.
In our recent church newsletter, I shared a message about the division arising from our congregation's consideration of moving to a single service. While we each have different preferences for worship styles, our mission is to unite and glorify God. Let's view this change as an opportunity for unity and emphasize the importance of worshiping together as one body in Christ.
